Your self-contained cottage is nestled among the trees at the far back of the property and well away from the house, complete with a private garden. Relax on the veranda, fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal, and enjoy visits from native parrots. Our beautiful aviary parrots offer bird lovers a unique opportunity to interact. With so much to explore and experience nearby, you’ll find yourself wanting to stay even longer.

This spacious, open-plan, wheelchair-accessible studio offers complete access to your private, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a gas cooker, microwave, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. You'll also have access to your private bathroom with a toilet and a gas-heated shower. Unwind in the lounge area with 55" Smart TV" electric recliners and a cosy three-seater couch. Alternatively, step outside to the timber veranda to fire up the BBQ and take in the natural surroundings. You'll be You'llained by resident chickens, wild birds, and lively aviary parrots who may get a bit boisterous but are always charming. For ultimate relaxation, stretch out in the hammock tucked between the trees with your favourite book. This is rural acreage living amongst the trees on the Sunshine Coast is situated on a no through road, close to all amenities. 10 minutes drive to famous Eumundi markets Saturday and Wednesday mornings. 10 minutes drive to Noosa and all that this internationally acclaimed Sunshine Coast tourist destination has to offer. Walking distance to; # Flying West Coffee Roasters with great food and coffee. # 24 hour Doonan Service Station that is right next door, stock's all that you may require at short notice. A great little fruit and vegetable store just up the road plus the Doonan Cafe which has a great variety of food choices for every palate. The new Doonan Hotel is just up our road as well which offers a Brewery family dining with a Pizzeria plus a gelato bar. They offer garden atmosphere with local paddock to plate delicious food. Noosa Civic shopping centre is a short 5 klm drive which offers a great variety of shops including a Woolworths supermarket and bottle shop.
